Writers gonna write.
It's no secret that I write in two genres. Trust me, that wasn't on purpose. It had been my desire to write historical romance, but I wrote The Gangster's Daughter first and no matter how I tried, I could not get it to work right being historical. The result was amazing, to say the least. It's still my best-selling book, and I'm pleased to say I've just about sold 500 copies since its release last year.
Since I write two genres, I alternate between a romantic suspense (Gangster series) and a historical romance and have been publishing two a year. Currently, I'm writing the third book in the gangster series, but excitement about my next historical romance became too much, and I started that one, too.
So when I say, writers gonna write, nothing is going to stop me. The ideas and words are just spilling out.
Stay tuned, happy reading and Happy Holidays!
